Contact Jack Frost's Caretaker/Foster Directly: Jodi Jalowitz Brown (jjalowitz@gmail.com) When we rescued this guy on December 30th, we knew he had to have a holiday name and he fits his name Jack Frost! Jack was found in a parking lot in Illinois, picked up by Animal Control and was not reclaimed.
He has very limited hearing (if hears at all) but is one of the sweetest boys you will meet! He is at his ideal weight of 63 lbs. He is neutered and had a small growth removed and is ready for adoption! We are working on some skin and ear issues but he doesn't seem to be itchy or bothered by any of them.
Jack Frost is estimated to be about age 6 but could be as young as age 4 according to one vet. His mobility is good.
He is working on being crate trained but honestly would probably be fine left out. He currently lives with 4 other dogs and likes all of them. He also lives with a cat and likes to follow him and sniff him, but then leaves him alone. He is nervous in the car but that will just take some time to realize that car rides can be fun and doesn't mean you are going to be left somewhere. Who can blame him?
He likes to cuddle and also really loves to play with this tennis ball. He likes if you play with him but will also play with it on his own.
Get your application in fast, he is STUNNING and just as SWEET as he his stunning!
