May 4 Update: Frasier's eye surgery for correcting his Cheery Eye condition was a success! This boy is ready for a family!!

Frasier is such a beautiful guy! He came in as a stray to an OH shelter emaciated and very afraid of the shelter enviroment. He is now in a foster home with RCBR and has already perked up a LOT! He will need surgery to correct the Cherry Eye in both eyes.

This poor little man appears that he has had a hard life and was not treated kindly. He needs a safe place to feel loved. His foster home will be that safe place for him and get a better sense of his needs.

Hs wonderful foster family is learning that Fraiser is a rambunctious ball of energy. We aren't sure of Fraisers age but our best guess is around a year or two, at most! He puts more in the mind of a puppy with his enthusiasm and energy. Our guess is that he is so excited by someone who gives him the love and attention that he has never known that he has a hard time controlling his excitement. Fraiser is pure love for everyone and everything. He loves to play with other dogs but still gets a little too rough because he doesn't realize his own strength. He is crate trained and we are working on manners and self control. We are seeing improvement everyday. Fraiser needs surgery to correct his cherry eyes and he needs to be neutered but when that is done he will be ready for his forever family!
