Welcome to Rejection Collection Boxer Rescue

Cruz is a sweet, snuggly Boxer mix thought to be about 6 years old. He is a major couch potato and will be your shadow anywhere you go in the house. He is content to sleep wherever his humans are, though he does like to chew on bones and play tug when toys are out. He is potty trained and does well roaming free around the house. He finds the crate stressful, though is comfortable going in for meals and treats. 

He is great with children of all ages and good with dog-savvy cats. He needs slow introductions with other dogs and may prefer being the only dog in the house - we are still giving this time. 
He sometimes likes to walk himself with his leash. We are working on leashed walks - there is so much to sniff that his nose is down to the ground for most of the walk! He does need a fenced yard or to be leashed outside as he does have a prey drive. He does well on car rides and will lay down once he finds his spot!
